Customers must ensure safe and suitable access to the installation site
We are not responsible for delays caused by poor site access, weather conditions, or third-party restrictions
Any additional work required due to unforeseen site issues may be chargeable
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated on the quote or invoice
Late payments may result in delayed work or additional charges
Ownership of supplied goods may remain with AAB Vision Ltd until payment is made in full
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Custom-made items (including signage, graphics, wraps, and films) are non-refundable once production has begun
Cancellations before production may still incur design or admin costs
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method
9. Warranties & Liability
We provide workmanship warranties where stated, subject to correct use and care
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference
Our liability is limited to the value of the work supplied
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
